HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER A CUSTOM-DESIGN SNOWBOARD?
The whole process usually takes less than 14 days.

IF I DON’T FEEL LIKE DESIGNING THE BOARD MYSELF, CAN YOU HELP?
Our CUSTOM SERVICE is there for you to provide full-range graphic support while you’re creating your own custom design. Find out more in the CUSTOM BOARDS section.

WHAT IS THE RIGHT LENGTH OF MY BOARD?
Ideally, it should reach your chin when you’re standing (or about 5 cm more or less).

WILL YOU CONTACT ME AFTER I’VE DESIGNED MY CUSTOM BOARD?
Yes! If you create your own custom design, you will be contacted by our graphic designers. They will send you the final draft to discuss some tweaks to make it look even cooler. That’s why you have a 100% guarantee that your board is made the way you want it.

HOW DO I TELL WHICH IS MY ‘FRONT FOOT’?
We recommend you to run and slide without thinking. You will put one foot forward – and that will be your front foot on a snowbard too. It may not always work, but it usually does.
